By all rights - he should be great closer in final waves - but so far he cant out perform the COA's as closers so....I haven't been able to figure it out....anybody?

Very interesting. TSO should be intrigued to keep book production going (as many players have fully booked gens etc.) I suspect the book costs should be greater at each level than that of gens/geos...

I have the same thing with Epidemic. But I cant see other peoples ships.
