Can't log in with Windows Explorer

When I attempt to log in with Windows Internet Explorer, I get the splash screen and the progress bars completes, then just hangs there. I used to be able to get in by refreshing the screen a few times and it would finally log in. However, lately, it continues ti hang on the splash screen indefinitely, regardless of how many times I refresh. I finally have to give up and open it the Firefox. I would prefer not to do, since Firefox is such a CPU hog.

Any way I can use Explorer to log in?

No you will never ever be able to log in with windows explorer, maybe internet explorer, but never with windows explorer

ctrl r will fix it...if not, go back to the homepage, ctrl R, then play now, and ctrl R again

Unfortunately ctrl "R" is the same thing as F5 - refresh the screen. Neither will get past the splash screen.

Incorrect, Ctrl R and F5 are different....F5 is refresh, Ctrl R will repull data...is why Ctrl R should fix it...does for me when it happens. Did you do it from the home screen before click the play button also? then again after?

Yes. Nothing but the splash screen.

I was finally able to log in yesterday around 11:00 my time. If you still can't get past the loading screen, clear your browser cache, close the window and relaunch IE.
