    --alternate 250 General attacks -- ( R S {lose })
    === Lower Right Sector ===
    Position Camp......[B]Far **RIGHT** This is a new method

    T1......200 R; lose 2 R ---vs--- 40 Wolves
    ---skip T2......200 R; lose 6 R ---vs--- 100 Wolves
    C1e....R5, 195 C; lose 1-4 R ---vs--- 40 DR, 30 DB (250 C{lose 0})
    ---skip C2w......200 C; lose 0 ---vs--- 30 DR, 40 DB
    T3......200 R; lose 8 R ---vs--- 120 Wolves
    L1......27 R, 173 C; lose 19-26 R ---vs--- 65 DR, 85 DB(20 R 230 C{lose 15-20R})

    === Center Sector ===
    Position so that attack route is south of the mountain range in the upper right of Right lower sector.
    T4......200 R; lose 2 R ---vs--- 40 Wolves
    L2......100 R, 100 S; lose 57-99 R -vs......[B]1 Sir Robin, 20 ESD, 20 CaD, 20 CrD,
    --alternate 250 -- ( 85 R 165 S {lose 49-85})

    === Upper Right Sector ===
    ---Avoid Wolves in the south when setting up your attacks
    C5s....35 R, 165 C; lose 23-35 R ---vs--- 60 MD, 20 LD (30 R 220 C {lose 18-30 R)
    C6e....20 R, 180 C; lose 7-11 R ---vs--- 40 MD, 40 LD (15 R 235 C {lose 6-14 R)
    L7......100 R, 100 S; lose 49-100 R ---vs--- 1 Sir Robin, 40 MD, 40 CvD ( 85 R 165 S {lose 49-85})

    === Lower Left sector ===
    Position as far to the west as you can, north of all the mountains is a single space you can place in.

    First, attack the 120 wolf trap just north of your camp position in upper left sector, we will skip the 100 wolf camp in the lower sector.

    T5......200 R; lose 8 R ---vs--- 120 Wolves
    L3......41 R, 159 C; lose 35-40 R ---vs--- 85 DR, 65 DB (28 R 222 C {lose 21-28 R)

    === Upper Left Sector ===
    Position near fountain in the Center sector
    C3e....4 R, 196 C; lose 0-4 R ---vs--- 20 MD, 60 LD (250 C {lose 0))
    C4w...20 R, 180 C; lose 7-11 R ---vs--- 40 MD, 40 LD (15 R 235 C)

    === Upper Middle Sector ===
    Position far east in the Upper Left sector so that you go through the mountain pass straight into the Upper Middle leaders camp avoiding all wolf traps. Higher in the Upper Left sector is better.
    4 Towers......200 C; lose 0 -- Target the FARTHEST east(rightmost) watchtower. This will cause all 4 watchtowers to be destroyed due to intercepts and the wolfs and leaders will not aggro.
    L5w...120 R, 80 S; lose 83-120 R, 0-5 S ---vs--- 1 Sir Robin, 30 SD, 30 CvD 40 LD (108 R 142 S {lose 70-108 R})

    --or-- 120 R, 80 S
    ; lose 120 R, 15-38 S

    Hmm I've been using a mix of farhan and shuttlepilot's strat's for this one, end up loosing about 900+ troops between me and my brother. Will for sure be trying this strat out next time as I have two more of these adventures waiting for me

    827 in losses including 34 soldiers. Just a bit above average.

    Quick advice, you can skip T-1 by setting up your Garrison all the way to the right which will save a whole 1-3 recruits. Also, it is a good idea to substitute about 10 Militia for your soldiers in the camps that require them in case you get bad luck. They do the same damage only their accuracy is slightly lower (85% to 80%). That will save you from losing more expensive soldiers.

    When attacking the Upper Left Sector after Lower Left sector, I don't see the reason to move after you do lower left sector since your clearing the only trap that sits in the way above you.

    The first wave for Big Bertha if your using recruits only should be 170r not 150r. If you go in with 150 your left with a bunch of longbowman that will kill your 20 recruits and quite a few soldiers in the 2nd wave.

    i completed this one last night for the second time. for big bertha, the first time i used 200R and somehow took it completely out (was planning on weakening for my partner, but ended up knocking it out). the second time i used 100R and 100S, lost all R and 40S (not the cheapest way, but it was all i had at the time).

    Yeah it's possible if you do the simulation to kill everything with 200 recruits .. it looks like about 1% chance though. Cause minimum recruits kills show 199 out of 200 .. So you got extremely lucky. Looks like the cheapest is the 170 first wave then 20r and 180s second wave. Will only lost about 15-20r in second wave.. For a total of 185-190r lost and no soldiers.

    two minor tweaks (second time posting this, so i hope i do not get a double post)

    when attacking put your general between that top mountain and the southern big mountain.
    (right where the camp SW of T5 is)

    you won't need attacking T5, thus save a few measly recruits.

    2nd improvement:
    L7 go with 80 R and 120S, lose on average 70R, max 80R and 2S
    the reported losses 49-100 are not accurate, my average was around 80-85 before switching to my method.

    so, overall not a GREAT improvement (only 20-ish R) ... but worth a try.

    I ran the german sim on L7 1000 times & it came back with 48 ~ 100 R losses. I'd call that accurate.

    It also says the max losses for 80R, 120S would be 48 ~ 80R & 0 ~ 9S.

    When I do these, I always compare the worst-case scenarios in calculating troop losses and then think about what I want to replace. In these two scenarios, I'd rather lose 20 more recruits than 9 soldiers.

    For your idea on avoiding T5 - I have tried this a number of times, but cannot find a garrison position that avoids T5 when you attack C3. Where are you placing the garrison for that? Or do you attack L4 from SW and allow C3's aggro to pick up your general, and then recall? Seems like not much recall opportunity there, but I'll maybe give that a shot.

    I've run SFTR twice now, and can say that T5 is avoidable. As YES-MAN indicated, if you attack L3 from the gap in the mountain range, you'll stay north of the 100 wolf trap, and south of T5. While/after you're doing that, you can attack C3 from the blue star indicated on Starfire's map. Attack C4 & L4 from the northwest coast of the island, and you'll stay NW of T5.

    You're "only" saving 8 recruits, but it's not causing you to go out of your way or waste any time.
