    cost of loot spots

first off let me say that i rarely sell loot spots except for the fairy tale adventures. and I would buy more loot spots if only they were more readily available. but every time i try to buy one it sells before i can get it. this tells me that the prices are out of whack and should be much higher... i know you want to sell the LS as quick as possible once ready so here is what i propose.
an hour or so before completion you offer the LS for a higher price knowing it wont sell immediately. be honest and say that the price will drop down to the normal price if nobody buys it. i know i for one would buy LS at a higher price... any thoughts?

I do not buy or sell loot spots. In our guild we offer loot spots for free to members who want/need them.

Iono....RB goes for like 1400, somebody offers for 1450 and get a shitstorm right after, it could stay like that for all I care, rather entertaining

why don't you run them and trade within your guild?

10% premium would be 1540. that and the disclaimer that this is an early loot spot and will go down to 1400 if nobody buys in the next hour or so... i would go for that.
