Midsummer Night Special - The mother of events

    Hello fellow Settlers,

Before somebody asks: No, we are not going into the furniture business .
During Easter 2015, a new event resource was introduced. Dotted eggs couldn't be used in the last Easter event.
We promised a new purpose for former event resources (Christmas 2014, Halloween 2014, Easter 2014 & Summer 2014 Event),
as each upcoming event will introduce a new unique resource.

    Related
    :

    • Start: June 30th, 2015, 7:00 AM EDT / 4:00 AM PDT (during maintenance)
    • Duration: 3 weeks
    • End: July 22nd, 7:59pm EDT / 4:59pm PDT

All former event resources can be converted to tokens and used to purchase items from past events.
After the event ends, all remaining event resources will be exchanged for gold coins.

Important information about the item limits:
Some event items are limited to a given amount per player for this year's Midsummernight Special. If you already own the item (regardless of the amount) from a previous event, you can obtain a given amount of the item again this year.

Exception: The limit won't be reset for Recipes, the Experienced Explorer and the Lucky Explorer.
If their purchase limit was already met, they cannot be obtained again.

All available items & costs will be introduced in the next post.

    Questions and answers

    • What happens to Pumpkin Cemeteries?
They can be used in the next Halloween Event or be exchanged. They won't be deleted, nor exchanged to Gold Coins.

    • Can I use the buff "Egghunt" after the Midsummernight event?
The buffs cannot be used during the Midsummernight event.
Egghunt buffs won't be exchanged. Eventually they will be of new use in the next Easter Event.

    • Will Balloons be exchanged as well?
The Balloon's only purpose was to be donated for a challenge. They have no resource value and will just be deleted.
