I have 150 Iron ore in my Star Menu, 753/2500 iron ore in my store house yet I am not allowed to deposit the Iron! Is this a bug???

I just finish outlaws adventure and instead if getting 300 coins i got 150 instead.

After the new quest chain i leveled up from 36 to 37. But i did not get the 170 gems for it. Anyone else have problems getting this?
