Buffs for Epic Farm

I have finished several Snow Whites today. It seems that as i apply the buff for brewery, or mill and the level does not seem to upgrade.

Is there any reason that it takes a while to upgrade so far lost about 3 buffs today.


Update: it seems after i reloaded game a few times they have taken now

yes long time issue.. screenshot your loot.. screenshot your epic recipes.. then apply refresh.. screenshot.. repeat.. that way when or if they mess up .. send ticket with proof of what you had and what didnt apply.
