Here is my way of doing Tikki Island.
What you need to bring is one Master of Martial Arts General and one Tavern General with
360 Recruits
84 Elites
164 Cannoners
An additional Master of Martial Arts and tavern general can be brought to save a minute or so setting up the second block. If you do not have a Master of Martial Arts, get one. If you do not block, sorry I do.
Master of Martial Arts sacrifices do not do enough damage to eliminate all the attack weakest target enemies in any of the camps, but can be used to shave a few recruits off of your losses. With all battles taking one round the use of a Major, Veteran, or any other general is not recommended.

Attack C2 with Master of Martial Arts

Skip the two remaining camps in this sector and block, yes Blue Byte, block the camp by the beside the far leader camp.

From the positions shown:
Send a tavern general from G1 to attack C3 with
3 Recruits 83 Elites {There is probably a longer block out there but I am not smart enough to figure it out. Lasts a minimum of 4 rounds and has not failed on me on the live or test server. Please let me know if you find something better.}
Send your Master of Martial Arts from G2 to attack L1 with
97 Recruits 1 Elite 122 Cannoners
Relocate your generals to the positions shown: G3 and G4.
Send a tavern general from G3 to attack C4 with
1 Recruit
Without delay send your Master of Martial Arts from G4 to attack L2 with
55 Recruits 1 Elite 164 Cannoners
