Soccer / Summer Event 2018?

Hello :)

I was wondering if there is going to be a Soccer / Summer Event this year in June for the World Cup, just like the ones in 2014 and 2016?

Havent seen anything whatsoever yet, but there most likely will be something. To which extend I don't know, but soccer they dont skip iirc

The question here is how many summer events can we expect this year. First obviously the Footie event but should we not also be getting a Anniversary event as it is 5 years since the last one of those. Start stocking up on water peeps:)

What is the Footie event as well as why we should stock up on water??

There will be a footie event for the world cup which starts in june (world cup that is) BB confirmed there will be one but no date and that info is off the uk version

There will be one. No confirmed date of when yet though.

That is splendid news. In fact it was a Summer event that we last saw a 200% (3x) gem sale! (2015). There is hope. :D

The footie events are nice for a change of pace, but there's not really much to spend on during it.

True, but a couple more Lucky Explorers are always welcome.
