New 'Toy Factory' 'Leftover Wrapping Paper Buff' advertised as a 24 hour duration buff -- only lasts a half of that: twelve (12) hours...
In addition, it says +300%, same as a Mr Myers, but when used is only +200%, same as Sergeant Skunk.Quote:

Almost 3 weeks later and no news on this. Lead Soldiers is STILL only Active for 6hrs and is ONLY 200% and NOT the 300% as stated.
It is now 23-1/2 hrs on test server, but still 200%, not 300%.
