You know, I have hundreds an hundreds of credits on ebay from buying and selling stuff.
I have zero negative feedback.
That's serious stuff - zero negative feedback.
It means that every single item I buy or sell has to satisfy 100%.
I have been buying and selling on ebay for over 5 years I guess - I don't know, can't be bothered to check.
I've been playing TSO for about a year.
What a difference!
This isn't anywhere near, close or like customer service.
This is delivering the best you think you can deliver, at whatever price you choose, without genuine consideration of the customers needs, and with total disregard to quality.
You would not get a 5 star positive feedback from me if you supplied this service on ebay. Nor would you get it from any customer there.
Now I know this will make absolutely no difference to your thinking, care, consideration or even understanding of a customers needs.
You will carry on doing what you do.
You will continue to patch and pretend to fix. You will continue to provide wishy washy reasons and excuses in your dev reports/diaries, and contiunue to give bad service to paying customers.
Shame on you!
I give you **** good service in that I PAY IMMEDIATELY for goods.
I just wish you could give me the same sort of service as I give you.

It's a good game, with genuine players and followers.
You get excellent assistance in Help tab totally for free.
Can you give us something back in return please?
We expect at least a game that we can play without bugs - **** an xbox game is cheaper than the amount some of us spend on this !!
Most of all BB - for us tolerant, patient and load-bearing serious players - we expect to be able to log in and PLAY!
Please, please, please.
Give us the game for which many of us have paid if not invested lots of time in.

Thanks Bestla - I doubt if they plan to sort this out anytime soon. Chasmanic is in the same boat and it's been a month for both of us. Shame about having spent money on something totally unusable huh? I now know better. Take care sweetie.
