do not buff, decoration

I suggest a decoration purchased from the merchant should be a 3 pack with a sign post with circle with a line through it, players could place it in an areas that they do not want buffed I find it very frustrating to go and undo well meaning friends help, Susan, asa SQS46

Good idea but i'd rather turn a building off from buffing ... then even if they try - they cannot.
