i did production time in Brewery + wheat production time....(water production can be done at same time as wheat)

Just about to build the guys to take on the bandits, expect it'll be about lvl 15/16 like everyone else. (though it seems like the first several levels are pretty well scripted, so I doubt there's much variation in it for anyone)

I attacked the nearest bandit camp at L15 with 1 general and 8 recruits - I easily won and ding level 16

Storehouse to work yard 14 seconds (should go to the nearest storehouse not the one 14 seconds away at least in my opinion)

Work yard to storehouse 14 seconds (again should be going to the mayors house 2 pixels away not the storehouse at least in my opinion)
overall its a reasonable time but if you notice wheat production is 1 per 10 minutes per farm so if you dropped the production time of the brewery to a base of 5 minutes vs 6 minutes then 2 farms = enough for 1 brewery
