blue play button takes me back to homepage

like the title says when i click the blue play button it just take me back to the homepage just got my key and cant wait to play the game pls help

Go to your email account, open the new email regarding this game, activate your account.

i did activate my account still when i click the blue play now button it sends me to the homepage

Is there a tab on the home page saying something about a beta key? If there is you need to reenter it, otherwise you should be good. You also need flash to play the game.

well when i click the tab on homepage it says beta key already actavaited and i do have flash

Contact costumer support then.

I'd like to mention that I'm having this issue as well. I was playing fine earlier, but am now playing on a different computer.

I'm going to contact support but I figure if enough people have this issue, posting the fix would be beneficial. So I'll update if/when that happens.

Or if OP has solved the issue, he can help me (and others) out.

Ok to resolve this issue there is couple of things you can try(that we have seen to work).

-log out of the game, clear cookies and cache files, update flash to newest version. Then log back into the game and click play button.
-Try on another browser support browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome), also make sure you have the latest updates for your browser.

are you guys still sending out beta keys or are you finished with that cause i havent see one and signed a bit ago.
