This bug is where you don't need to FULLY build a guild house to found a guild as in the New guild Hellrazers and the founder doesn't even ave the Building built and i find that unfar to all other players lvl 17 and above

I tried this just now, after putting down the layout the button was still greyed out to create a guild, after refreshing I was able to click "Found Guild" but it would show an error message when attempting to confirm name/abbrev/logo. Have you seen his town?
Yes i have 1 marble mason nor the Guild house built nor have any hardwood cutters sawmills or forsters
