Just beat the second bandit leader (northeast), and when I went to accept my loot, it didn't do anything, so I accepted again. The loot was +10 houses and +500 coins, and both sets showed up in my star area. When I go to apply them to my mayor's house, they are there (the second set) but grayed out.
