Friends online status incorrect

Pic shows rain is not online when in fact rain is online.

I too have see in the game.

also I am being told some friends levels are not correct either. I had dinged 17 and someone whispered me I was still shown as 16. I dont know if this is a related issue or him just needing to relog but I thought I'd share that
