I was wondering when the game gets out of Beta, can two people in the same household with the same ISP play their own game? like Husband/Wife Brother/Sister etc.

I am not sure why this would be a problem a lot of families use the same internet service provider for multiple computers and play the same game.
To answer your question, this game is a browser based game. You won't have to worry about port forwarding for a browser game. It won't get confused like it would if you ran warcraft 3 on two pc's sharing the same router.
I'm sure there will be a lot of people exploiting multiple accounts when the game goes live. In the spirit of the game I won't be doing this, I'll be joining a guild so we can pool our resources and protect each other.
it is a problem if one person uses the internet in the house and gets the IP address banned.. then nobody in the house can play. everyone gets punnished for one persons actions
Two people from the same IP can play, you just have to be careful that you keep the accounts separate. No one-sided trades or anything suspicious or they might flag it as multi-accounting. As long as the people are just playing for themselves and all interactions are normal (i.e. all trades are fair) you should be fine, although sending a ticket in letting them know that its two people on two accounts can't hurt.
This is not accurate... My family consists of several people... What they do is block the ip address... We were playing and not trading with each other at all.. Not even buffing each other... They just see the same ip address and bann... This is not a family friendly game.. :( and that bites because my family really enjoyed playing it.........
Did you follow this guidance?
"Please send support a ticket with account names of all players that share an IP with you. We will then flag your accounts accordingly in our internal data base."
I presume you also read the General Terms and Conditions as well as the Code of Conduct prior to having multiple accounts attached to the same IP.
Only if you show me your titties!
