The economic window.
The bandits are able to attack you. (I feel like I'm committing genocide against a bunch of homeless people)
Some sort of technology research. Even if the bonuses were like 1% to this or that (As another strat. browser game had reasearch valued), it would just give us more to do that wasn't fighting the homeless.
World Map- Aside from the gameplay, right now the game feels very similar to common Facebook games like Farmville and 'Empires and Allies' because of limited interaction with other players (visiting their city and talking in chat is about it). Illyriad's world map is pretty good and could be used as an example.
PvP- This is a must for the end-game. Hopefully it could work in unison with the world map. I'm sure you've already got ideas for PvP.
Resource Statistics Window- that displays all of your current resources at once; organized in a logical fashion. It would also be nice if when you scrolled over a resource it told you how many were being produced every 5 minutes, so you can compare at a glance rather than clicking on each individual building.
Suggestion I : List of constructed buildings and resources incomes.
Suggestion II: Combat System / Military units reworks.
- - Help players get a better grip and understanding of their current eco situation as well as assist them in planning the road for future.
- - Easier to address a potential shortage.

- - Combat system rather inflexible and boring.
- - A small change could boost the insensitive of the fight and more tactic based.
Cavalry now reworked and gain the following skill
- normal initiative .
- charge effect x 150% dmg on first round.
- trampling effect ( when half of the dmg transferred into the rear unit as well ) in this case cavalry still able to withhold it anti archer purpose ( by 50% dmg on front line and 50 % on archers )
- Swift ( archers attack this unit reduced accuracy by 50% ) or archers only has 40% accuracy to attack horseman.
Stats rework could be .
- HP : 30
- dmg: 25-50
- accuracy : 80%
* Archers rework
Archer shooting same round with melee unit ? it just sound ridiculous.
Archers will gain following skill :
- First strike
- Mobs ( reduced 30% dmg from round 3 and after ) due to clustered of friendly and enemies troops.
- Rain of arrows ( dmg frontline as well as rear unit equally 50-50 ) due to no one can protect the rear unit from arrow.
Stats for archer:
HP : 15
dmg: 15-25
acc: 80%
skill : first strike / caution.
Noted : dmg reduced to avoid massing early game. hp increased to aid survival against horses.
Suggestion III : Road increase speed.
* Dirt road : free to build and + 5 % speed.
* Stone road : cost 2 stone to build + 10 % speed.
* marble road : cost 2 marble to build + 15 % speed.
- It bring the game into a new level of management and planning. Now your town road just for the look. Investing effectively in transportation could massively boost your eco.

Demacia.
1- Economic statistic windows where you can quickly see your production and the number of each building you own, if there is ressource missing, active and stop quickly production.
2- Rework military making it that the bigger the army, the smaller the loss. That way, you would have to choose between getting a bigger army to lose less or expanding more quickly at the cost of more casualties.
3- Review leveling making maybe 1 to 10 easy to get in one day, than a more steady leveling process making it one or two days per level, slightly increasing with time. You could have some level where you need to buy ressources (like 10 recruit for XXX wood and stones), so that help when you get to hit bandits.
1. Resource Management Window - Just like past settlers games (at least 2-4), make it to were you can manage which resource goes where. This was usually done with a slider for each building type. Example: say i either have to much fir wood planks or wont be needing them for a while. i could move the sliders to say that i want the logs to go to producing coal.
2. Tree cutting/planting (tree stumps?) - ability to plant trees anywhere, no more tree stumps, and can place buildings anywhere
3. Military - What Demacia said in suggestion 2 and what hfbrooklyn said about bandits attacking
Other than that, this game is really fun!
I would have to say
1. Research for example.
Stone Cutting improves(reduces) stone cutting work time by 1 min and costs 350 stone 100 logs.
Logging (same as about) 350 logs 100 stone.
have there be 3 lvls to each one so you could knock off 3 minutes to each production time.
2. Combat
Anything that makes it more interesting please... have the option to control troops or let it auto battle as is.
when controlling troops you get to use special abilities that units might have. Like the archers First strike ability as mentioned before.
3. When the RMW(resource management window) is implimented have it give good advice like 2 wood cutters to 3 foresters.
1) PVP - The option to have Competitive battles against other people, could be objective based or just deathmatch. Let guilds get in on it, and let people opt out of combat either by requiring an opt in, or by giving an option to turn off PVP for a substantial period (so you can't do it lightly if you are losing) such as 7 days. If they still feel like it, they opt out of PVP every 7 days. If this is implemented, it's pretty much necessary to also implement my second suggestion below.
2) Combat system revamp - Give me a reason to have different soldiers, find a way to have some strategy involved in the fight. Make Generals unique, with the recruit from Tavern giving a random general with a special ability, which could be something as simple as "Under this general, ranged units max damage is increased by 10." Develop bonuses when attacking troops weak to you (I.E. Cavalry can split their damage between multiple archers). Things like this.
3) Make the leveling involve more personal choice - I want more than one way to level and get experience. Currently it's just building recruits and smashing them into bandit camps. I have suggested it before, giving experience for "Achievements" first time builds for buildings, first time upgrades for buildings, experience given for levels of troops (experience given after having builts 100, 200, 300, etc. troops in your career).
I have not been playing for very long, but here is what I've got so far:
1) Economic window that tells you how much of each resource your are making per hour.
2) Grid setting that could be enabled/disabled that would show a grid to better organize building placement and to see the areas blocked by rocks or trees.
3) Tech tree or maybe a "scientist" that you could send to do research, kinda like the explorer discovers treasure.
1. Some way to change the player avatar. This is very important.

1. More licenses for taking control of sectors, there's just not enough to keep up with the demands of higher levels and mines should not need licenses.
2.The amount of goods it takes to make troops has to be reduced, it is at an incredible number now. 10 weapons each and so much beer, it's no wonder I lose so many troops in an attack they are plasterd off their butts.
3.PVP With a way to turn it on or off.
Trade - Players are able to trade goods with their guild members. Let's say for coins.
World Map - Shows your neighbors, friends; guild members and trade routes.
Guild elements - Availability to create unique blazon; having royal and noble ranks; voting system.

1. Resource management window. This should include list of buildings, totals of each level of those building, a sum of production (and consumption) based on a 24 hour period, totals of resources left on discovered mines/wells/etc. All this info would help people just starting and veterans alike. Right now I am forced to keep an offline spreadsheet to balance everything.
2. Research. 100's of ways to implement this...
3. Mini Map. Put it in the corner so I don't have to scroll all over via mouse/keys. I assume when we can goto other islands/mainland it will be even more necessary.
Trade needs to be available much sooner.

1. Research- Could have a Church or University that you click on to research various, well, researches. Could allow you to choose the way you want to play, for example, researches towards a faster economy, or a cheaper military, or mix it up between the two. Sure there are more things that could be added as well. With this, a nice tech tree to stay on top of things would be nice too.
2. Economic Window- Just like mentioned numerous times above.
3. Hot Keys- Or mini map, but I'd rather have hot keys for some structures instead of taking away playable screen.
1) Research / Scientist to gradually move you toward the next level. Currently all the new is thrown at you at the same time. Possibly give xp for the research instead of all xp coming from boring build up battle. Not to copy Civilization & others, but possibly allow choices of research so they can key on battle/production/whatever.
2) Tools - Maybe I did something wrong but early on the game had high demand for them. Around lvl 15 or so I abandoned the tool makers and went through a couple levels with my inventory. Now at level 18 the demand is high again. Possibly smooth out the transition and slowly increase the need for tools.
3) Allow destruction of mines like we do copper/wells/ farms. Brutal to know you are going lose your stone or marble unless you stay home from work or up all night. Or be able to que them up to find again.
3.1) Much of what the others said, many good ideas.
3.2) Nice job! I like the game, it is my first browser gaming experience.
1. More licenses or easier way to get more. Had I realized how it was going to work I would have been more careful building.
2. Population/recruits - new population takes way too long to arrive and the limitation doesn't seem to match the battles...long recovery time is discouraging and encourages me to log off and come back another day, not good.
3. would be good to be able to move masons to new mines. As it is now, I have masons across the map from my stone mines, as well as a few stray copper smelters. Just seems weird and seems they would want to move closer were they real masons/smelters :D
Enjoy this game a lot!
1) Change the name. Castle Empire... it's nonsensical and it sounds like a 3rd grader named the game.
2) The leveling curve changes too drastically at 16.
3) More meaning full interaction between players. Like visiting their land (which should have different geography) or helping in a battle.
1) Fighting - PvP, if its a mmo than it needs to have this. also more depth with bandits and where they can even potentially attack us and having more control during fights.
2) Incorporate ships - make them so we can transport resources and/or troops and also make fighting ships that we can use for water battles. It still goes with the theme of the game as war ships with cannons have been used for centuries.
3) Overall resource production rates and building amounts - It is sorely lacking depth in this category.
Other than that, this game I think has great potential and can easily lure away gamers from other current similar games.
1. I DO NOT WANT PVP with the way the game currently is: fighting is purely a numbers game, we are not on the same map, would be based almost entirely on who had more of specific troops.
2. More reasons to have players on my friend list. I don't care about the slightly prolonged buff, it generally earns me a very tiny bonus to my resources. Also if you could find a way to make whispered messages more noticeable as many players tend to miss them, so ppl just send mail instead.
3. Secondary bonuses or functions of buildings and/or troops. Other players have mentioned changing the troops, and I think that a RESEARCH option would be great for this. Perhaps one of my favorite functions of Settlers 7 was the ability to go down different paths based on how i wanted to run my kingdom.

3. Perhaps a simple strategy choice in battle? Pick one of three, with random results, either helping, hurting or no change. You put so much time into building an army that it would be nice to have a little more to battle.
1) Allow building on tree stumps. The behavior of the Forester does not need to change. I'll post 2 more later.

Possibility of removal of the tree stumps + possibility to give the cutters and foresters the action area like the "Settlers" game
And since i haven't thought about some other in game suggestion) Let players get gems buildings with their own resources
1. Changing the landscape. In Settlers, I enjoyed the opportunity to take raw land and clearcut the forest, build a large town, then let trees spring up amongst the buildings to be harvested. Same for mountains. But in this case, I accept how the mountains and their resources are set up.
2. Change the production chains. This is a broad suggestion, and, again, I think go back to Settlers. One Forester can provide enough for two Lumberjacks, which can provide enough for one Sawmill. I am not liking how some resources eat two to produce one. Also, I kind of missed how goods moved from building to building. I understand how this can be difficult to present on a web browser, but the timeline for each production yard I like as a replacement for actual NPCs roaming around. You can give each building a "sphere of influence" or "sphere of supply." So buildings that are supposed to work together, if placed near each other, will produce more and quicker then chained-together-buildings being far apart. This is where the strategizing of Settlers came in, and was so addictive.
Also, while I am seeing that some structures and production require different resources, I am not liking how higher end resources take longer to produce. I created the higher end building to get the resource. You do not need to make producing the building longer, and it's harvesting longer. This is a turn-off.
3. Access to more variety earlier. To me, Settlers is easy to learn, difficult to master. The learning curve is not that steep to begin with, a player understands the mechanics of everything very easily and very early. And since so much of the game involves waiting, give me the variety of options of things to do and ways to interact with the landscape, and do this early. Sure it means I am using up "building licenses" (which I think is a bad idea, but understand why it is there), but I want to get to producing and then start tweaking what I have made, not make a decision and realize it was bad one, and feel stuck since resources are so limited (and yet will overflow if I wait a day, kind of ridiculous). So lower the cost of basic buildings, make upgrades easier to access at the lower end, but then keep that high price for upgrades for later.
pvp, i dont think it should be pvp where people can deastroy your enpire and the strong get stronger and and the week get beatdown
but events to where 1 part skill and 1 part power will winn not just the bigger army such as mage towers(some way to research) def,attak,range,acurousy,and so on it could be set up like a monthy event you get an island to build up on for say 30 day in a 31 day month just for event aside from regular game and have a compitition last day and a point system to winn could even be points for most research,in different catagories mast ary killed of other players most buildings destroyed the points would be so it wouldnt be last empire standing and top 5 players acording to points get prizes just a thought
or could be set up total concore 1 vs 1 player 30 days to build up and fight last day first one out of army loses but would have to have some way to build up as much army as you wanted or have no build time on army stock up wheapions and instant army or have unlimited generals or somthing

1. Combat - To agree with others. Right now I am spending all this time and energy to get all these resources and items together so I can fight and gain xp. Unfortunately it becomes some what anti climatic because I click fight, wait, and done. I would like to see some sort of armor and weapon upgrades facilities added to troops. Such as this example. Also adding them as a buff like fish plates so that I use as I can afford per battle would be neat.
Armorer
Recruit - cloth + 5hp's, leather + 10hp's
bowman - cloth + 5hp's, leather + 10hp's, chain + 15hp's
etc, etc....
Weaponsmith
Recruit - sharpening stones + 1 damage
Bowman - Metal tips + 1 damage, strengthened arrows + 2 damage.
etc, etc...
The thought is it adds one more dimension to battles and the whole creation process. Plus let's us the player have some sort of unique personal quality to add to the battles. I can now just overwhelm with numbers. Or I can improve what I have or both. Maybe I have a surplus of bowman vs recruits. With this buff Instead of me having to wait for 15 more recruits I can maybe buff up my exisitng recruits and bowman and still get a desired result from the battle. There has to be more of a real involvement that occupies my time while I am watching the grass grow in a sense and still add a fun feel to it.
2. Placement - Anyone that is going to play this game will most likely have some experience with build and conqueor rts games. That means we like to put stuff where we want it to be. There is so much clutter with mountains and trees that I have no order to my kingdom. The game runs off a creation time format and placement matters, but we get penalized for a game board we cannot alter.
Let me remove stumps and alter tree placement. In Settlers 7 my trees can grow so long as it is fertile ground. Why not the same concept here. Why does the tree have to stop me from expanding or altering placement of buildings for maximum effect?
Give us more open territory.
Make roads an active part of the game.
Make the maps much bigger allowing me the chance to really plan a castle placement and create an empire.
Randomly generated maps I can select from at the beginng of creation. This alone will make every players game unique to themselves.
3. The Fun Factor - Keep me involved in the game with more activity. Right now it is simply I log in for 15 mins make sure resources are going, build a building or two and log out. 3 days later log in for 30 mins to fight a couple battles and once again check resources and log out again. Rinse and repeat.
2) Move deleted mail to a "deleted mail" folder. You can reclaim space from these folders. 1 more to come.
1. Show the amount of resources left in mines, fields and the such so you have an idea when it will be time to build new ones, so you won't run out while away.
2. Allow trading from the trade building instead of having to rely on having friends join you or waiting until someone in chat wants to trade.
3. Make roads increase the speed of deliveries of resources to the Town Hall or Storerooms.
My one suggestion that could make combat more interesting would be to have your general gain experiance. As he gets more xp, he gives bonus attack and/or def value %. He keeps getting better as long as he doesnt lose, Once he loses a battle, his xp starts over again at 0.
1. More involvement. Not really a lot to do.
2. Battles could be more interesting and only consensual PVP.
3. Actually have to look for resouces/treasure instead of click and wait. Maybe run into bad guys/wild animals while looking.
1) Window for buffs where buffs could be committed as to type and buffed building preference. Then I could just check which friends wanted what buffs where and pick which reciprocal buff I wanted from their queue for my buildings. Sort of like the trade window. This would free up global chat from numerous buff requests.
2) Ability to delete unwanted trades posted in trade window. Then we do not have to scroll through all those trades we will not want to make. Alternatively, allow for dragging the chat window open further so all listed trades can be seen without scrolling.
3) Overall building stats window. I forget which buildings I do or do not have.
Economic window
Grid for placing buildings with green and red zones. This will help people including myself with planning their layout in advance.
Nuclear weapons *Just kidding...*
1) make battles more like Heroes of might and magic. Its still a numbers game but a little more exciting.
2) I Like the trades being up for 10 min but not being able to repost for 10 min stinks expecilay if you make an error.
3) Being able to break appart stacks like the fish food would be nice.
Change of Season: The game is already very easy on the eyes but it would be extra nice to see a change of season now and again. Maybe once a week or once a month the season could change?
Non-Humans: It would be fantastic to run my collective sword through something other than a Highwayman occasionally. Perhaps a camp of Goblins takes up residence in one of your provinces and is stealing supplies? Scout them out and unroot them! or possibly A Minotaur Cave is scouted in a new territory? Maybe even if you accumulate too much gold a Dragon will take an interest in your wealth :D
Economic Overview Window: Part of the fun is figuring and tweaking production but maybe at some point we could unlock the ability to see what our resource accumulation rate is, and what our total of any given building type is and it's location. I admit, sometimes I forget where I've put a building and it becomes a little tough to find. Maybe if we click on the building in this interface it will highlight all of that building type on the map!

It takes too long to learn the game. It took me 3 days to get to level 15. Partly from waiting and partly from boredom. I lost my net for 2 days and I forgot all I "learned" when I could get back on.
2. We need an undo.
Sometimes what you think is a good idea at one point, turns out not to be one later. There should be an option, with penalties of course, to move or rebuild buildings.
To be honest, this game is a little complicated. For people not used to these types of games the interface is hard to use. If for some reason you can't play a lot, it's hard to get back into. I forgot what little I learned when I got my net back and I've tried to play, but found I really don't care. The game moves too slowly, I don't like the graphics and there's no advisor or whatever that I can find easily to access to relearn what I forgot.
Need email notification for geologist results if possible with location of the source.
Level up the Branch Office. Each additional tier would allow a 2nd simultaneous posting. Also, memory of your last x postings, where x = branch office's level.
Speedometer... We already have an odometer showing exactly what is in the storehouse, but something showing the current production rate / hour would be very useful. Especially if it also showed negative numbers... IE, transitioning from bronze to iron stresses your coal production. A speedometer would show that immediately instead of logging on the following day and having red exclamations showing up and tracking down where the problem lies.
-Stop mines from using Licenses or make them unlimited. One or the other. The way it is now kills gameplay
-Be able to issue stacking commands to geologists and explorers. So after they're done, they're just not sitting there.
-More quests; not really much to do after lvl 16 and battling
