Chat Screen Goes Blank and Other Fun Tricks

While in game someone posted a long reply in chat. As new replies came in my chat screen would autoscroll to the new reply/comment and then would re-display the long reply. This happened over and over. I tried to ask other players if they were experiencing the same thing, but am unsure if my question posted since as soon as I hit "Enter" my text super-imposed over the long reply and then the chat screen went blank. The rest of the game appeared to be fine, but the chat screen wouldn't come back. I tried scrolling the chat screen and this caused some text to reappear, but it was a dark blue color. I tried clicking on the tabs at the bottom of the chat screen to see if 'switching channels' would cause Global 1 to reload, but then the text on the tabs disappeared. Game still seemed to be running fine, just the chat screen was affected. It was fixed by logging off and rejoining. Chat screen size was 'default' as I haven't adjusted it. First time trying to chat in this game and it didn't go so well. :p
