Suggestion: Welcome Signs

I think it would be cool if you could place a welcome sign (even if there was a price attached with resources) that would allow you to pass a few words of welcoming to friends that visit your empire. It would be especially helpful so people would be able to, at a glance, get information like which buildings you would prefer to have buffed that day.

Could also use it for well wishes on a special day, or to pass on congradulations.

I like this as well and to add a bit maybe a thank you for your buff, after a friendly buff.
