I was visiting shuttlepilots land and watching her build progress of a bowmaker. The building completed on her end, but on mine it was still counting up and was at 43% done.
Is there a bug with the timers and cpu cycles or something? That estimate is way out of whack. If build cycles are inconsistent that would lead to some major balance issues.
