Provisions Missing, Ingredients Used Up

Several times I've set up my Provision House to create some Solid Sandwiches, Hardwood Planks, and Marble as I was ready to log off for a while. And when I come back I find that many of the items that should've been created are not waiting in my Star menu and aren't in my mail. It seems the planks and marble are more reliable (I do find them available most of the time), but the Sandwiches and Baskets are often not there when I return, although they would have completed while I was logged out.

I have noticed this as well. It seems that the first command does not always take.
I have had to double-check by re-logging after placing the orders and making sure they were still there.
