Towers

Do hard camps have towers? I want to make sure I account for them when using the combat simulator for hard bandit camps if they do.

I don't think hard camps have towers. I'm sure they'd show up as a unit as strange as that sounds.

They don't show up as a unit but as a special camp and there aren't any on your island.
