how is the bounty divided? split into how many person join in adv. ? or each got the same amount?

oh boy, don't know that adv. search will cost you =.=a do they always come back with something?
I think the tootip says they can come back empty handed not sure if that means map fragments or that there's a rare chance at nothing.

I know this thread is about rewards for this adventure but can anyone recommend troop types/quantities that are required, at least a general guideline so we're prepared before starting this adventure?

Same thing that happened during the adventure bug. There were/are no archers anywhere near the targets I was taking out.There was no in game notice that my general had been killed. He had successfully taken out the targets.
Just finished this with my brother and here were my rewards:
