Is there any way that the beta players could be allowed for a certain time after the game goes live to move their buildings to different locations?
That would be a great help if we don't have a wipe.

Unfortunately, this would take a LARGE amount of dev time and isn't possible. What I can say is, you can start a new account on a new server and start over.
Beta Testers will get a little something for helping out Ubi, but it is a surprise!
