[Guide] The Shop

The Shop is now open!

You can purchase Gems by clicking on the Gems+ button in the top right of the game UI or by going to the Castle Empire Shop here.

Once you click this button, you will be directed to a purchase page. Simply select which package best fits your needs and click the buy button.

You will then be directed to a page that allows you to select the method of purchase. You can click the Credit Card tab to pay by credit card, the PayPal tab to purchase gems through PayPal, and the other choices tab for a variety of options such as Ultimate Game Card (found at many retailers).

Once you have completed the Gem purchase, they should show up in your Gem total within minutes. You can then purchase building licenses, building deeds, resources, buffs, new adventures, and even some stuff in between. Once you have purchased an item, you can find it in the Star menu.

Bah! Why would I spend gems on decorations?

I still am not having any success in buying gems. I have tried re setting my browser. I do not know what is happening. Tec Support where are youuuuuu.....

What version of internet explorer are you using? IE8 tends to have problems. Upgrade to IE9.

I am also having issues with Gems. I have not received them, sent a report to support. what a rip off!

Mine was instant. Gem pit here I come.

I was able to buy gems with my mastercard and cant seem to buy with my visa, are you having issues with the CIBC? I cant pay via cc or dc. my friend was paying via dc until just recently, will we be able to buy gems again soon?

i think it's probably better if you send a ticket in to them rather than post in here, might get more results fwiw. :)

dang i really really wanted to buy an ultimate game card but 7-11 is always sold out

In the 'Architect' tab there is a Silo and a Recycling manufactory. Does anyone know what these items do? I have looked in the forum and in this 'guide' and have not found anything explaining what they do. Please help.

Silos replenish wheat fields at the same rate a farm depletes the field, (assuming the silo & farm are the same level AND the same distance from the field). Silos really become valuable when you can purchase them in quantity, as you can have 10 silos restocking one field that 10 farms are depleting. Keeps things in balance nicely, and you don't spend much (if any) time rebuilding wheat fields.

The Recycling building creates coal from nothing. It consumes none of your resources to do so. It's arguably one of the most valuable gem shop items you can purchase.

Then people sometimes sell them in game.
Are we able to get these and use them here?

Those vouchers are region locked, so the answer is no. Sorry!

we need more Vouchers or deals for gems...

how do i buy vouchers?

I have gems but my merchant is totally blacked out and wont let me buy anything. Why? It has been 2 days since I purchased gems and I cannot use them. I'm really starting to get upset by this. Waste money on a game I love and they take away the ability to use the gems I bought? That's not right. I put in a ticket but have yet to see or hear a thing that is being done.

i can not use my gems either i bought two sets and it shows up though i can not use them to upgrade anything can't get residences for settlers stuck on lvl 14 great game for the people collecting the money for this game so what is up with this bs.........thanx alot for a real fun time. life 101
