How about arrows in our barracks and provision house queues, similar to the building queue, which would allow us to move production of a unit or buff up the list without having to cancel the production of 500 recruits because you need a couple of bowmen...especially since we can only queue up 25 at a time!

Allow generals to gain XP
It will be great if generals can be upgraded through battles. E.g. after gaining 50k XP, a general can be upgraded to a BHG for a certain amount of resources.
Let's have a Pirate Ship floating residence that holds 100 peeps.
It could be a reward form an adventure or something.
Idea for a NEW Building:
The Alchemist's Tower: This building allows you to transmute surplus minerals into other resources. Iron Ore into Gold Ore, Coal into Gems, etc. In order to keep it balanced the total number of the base material would be considerably more than the reward resource. Example: 8 Iron Ore = 1 Gold Ore, or 16 Coal = 1 Gem
Idea for a NEW Skill Tree:
It would be cool for Generals to have skill trees, allowing each general to specialize in different units. They could increase the damage, durability and accuracy of specific units under their command.
