In general, we need more challenge between players and between guilds. There are some suggestions:
1. A special adventure competition (single or multiplayers) with a final ranking (for individuals or guilds). Those who complete the adventure would receive a loot. Many prizes would be awarded for those who'd rank higher in various categories: fewer loss, first to complete, fastest completion, etc.
2. A guild ranking based on the total of players' achievements, total population, players xp, etc.
3. Various players' ranking based on units killed, units recruited, resources production, number of adventures completed, the total of all buildings' level, etc.
