Ubi needs to make a new trade system, you ask for a resource or send a resource and keep it as long as you want.
Make a counter to say how many planks per hour and stone per hour and etc
Add in range, movement speed and rate of attack to all troops, this way ranged troops could fire a couple attacks before melee reached them
Need a way (shift+click, ctrl+click etc.) to give the army a route to follow (waypoints) in order to avoid unwanted battles.
At least four other people have mentioned this, but i am gonna bring it up again. Should be an easy fix, but VERY helpful:
Add a confirmation box when we click on "upgrade building".
So many coins have been accidentally spent on upgrading silly buildings xD
I believe you need to switch up Expert Buildings to produce weapons not available from Adventures. There isn't much reason to create the buildings when we can get enough of the advanced weapons from adventures doable by low end troops. Consider adding something like weak Karls (Last Strike, Solid damage, Front liner) and Petty Officers (Splash and/or attack weakest) mobs to encourage as well as add variety. Going from Soldier to Elite Soldier is statistically better, but not interested.
When developing a game you want to hook players pretty quick, having the tutorial take over an hour is just plain moronic and will quickly alienate all but the most dedicated players. How about doing something, at least for the tutorial, where it's instant or at least less than 2 min for every task in the tutorial. I'm very interested in this game but the fact that I've been playing for 45min and still am in the tutorial is about to make me leave.
I would love to see some type of ranking system implemented. At the moment with lack of pvp there is no way to compete.
Hate to break it to you, but what you are doing now, is what you will be doing...tutorial or not. If you find it tedious now, just wait! This game isn't for everyone. At least with the tutorial, you get rewards every hour or so. When you come out of tutorial, you only get rewards for daily log-in, and taking bandit camps.
It would be nice to see maybe a few adventures that take a good amount of the guild to do maybe like one where 10-15 people can go 150+camps you have 4 days to do it and you get normal loot and maybe like a total of 150k+ xp would give more incentive to be in a guild and give the guilds more things to do as a guild
Just started playing a couple of days ago - really loving it so far, but one suggestion would be some way to tell at a glance my total income of any particular resource in a given time.
For instance instead of clicking on my 5 masons and checking how long each one takes to produce and trying to figure out how many stone I'll get in an hour - make it so that when I mouseover the stone on my mayor's house it says "23/600 - 5.2/hr" Or something like that. Would make life much easier :)
i dont know if anyone mentioned this yet but maybe having more building que spots as maybe an option to buy on the market. personally id love to have an unlimited building que lol
I think if we had an adventure that allowed us to colonize an island which we could then build on to get the resources, that would be cool.
Then maybe those colony islands could be subject to PVP attacks.
Build, provision and recruit recommendation - allow the active event to be delayed and start others. I.E. be able to reorder current event. I know development may be difficult to allow the remaining time to stay the same so I would be willing to sacrifice the remainder and start that one over later.
I know a lot of friends and myself all love it when we get a decorative element from playing and adventure. I got the
white castle the first time I played Stealing from the Rich, and I love it. But since then, though I've played a couple
of dozen adventures, all I've gotten is 1 (one) flower patch, and the flowered stone, which is so small you can't even
see what it is. Such tiny elements are frustrating, particularly when you've just lost several hundred troops to acquire
them. But there are other graphic elements in the adventures that would make great "prizes." For example, I just started
Island of the Pirates, and the ships are quite impressive. I would love to have one in my harbor. And even the small boats make
at least visable decorations. Can we please have more fun stuff?
Artamas
Please? I'm begging you.
Add 'ignore' to the sub menu that opens when I click a players name?
Please?Please?Please?Please?Please?Please?Please?P lease?Please?Please?
um i havnt played in a lonng time but for new players lets do more than a word tutorial
lets give them more things
this is just an idea if you dont like it please pm me if you do like it then keep talking about it
im thinking about letting them have certain things every time they level
Please try to avoid having your server explode. Again.
You should make guild vs guild not only player vs player. all the members should be able to go on one island like in an adventure and fight it out. that would be awsome
The experience bar is small and easy to miss. I was level 19 before accidentally discovered it! I suggest making it larger and/or a color that stands out better. At the very least, it should be pointed out early in the tutorial.
There should be a timer or countdown bar in the overview menu of a building that has been buffed. There is current no means (that I know of) to tell how much longer the buff will last.
i like the fact you can build more then one at a time for selection, and another thing idea about donating items maybe do a auction to where people can buy with game money to where people want to sell the items for game money....
Make it so that you can mail more than one person the same message, also making the ability to create private chat channels with more than two people like between 2 guilds.
Make buffs different so you can tell the difference between the 3. Ablity to "refresh" a buff while one is still active.
There should be another tab in the guild window, to show when the last time a member was logged in to Castle Empire, would make finding inactive players alot easier.
Love the game. The thing I'd like to see improved is the trading function. A real time market-style trading setup would be great. So you can see market depth, post multiple offers at a time, etc. Evony is a great example to look at for this.
To go along with trade, the option to repost a trade which just ended.
That is already being implemented, it shall be here midyear.
I would suggest to add the recycling manufactory to the list of gifting. The gift has the watermill already, why not the recycling manufactory? Also would like if you could gift the building licenses as well.
An auto return function for those of us who wait and wait for our traded resources preferrably a 1 to 6 hour time limit of inactivity of the other player since i've lost hundreds of materials to people who decide to not return for example: 36 hours or even never play again in some of my experiences.
I would like to have a guild bank. Members can donate excess resources. The bank can be managed by guild officers.
I think we need a donation button, a guild bank, and the ability to see when a guild member was last online. Plus lower the rate it charges per slot. It's a little extreme.
And the guild bank, when they put in the resources this amount can be changed into a member slot.
1. Redo the resources in the Provision house. 1000 Beers for 10 coin is way off.
2. Allow to recall your Geologist and Explorer from hunts.
3. It would be nice if production time increased as well when you level up buildings. It makes sense that they gain experience as they progress.
4. Allow the generals to level up as well. I'm almost clear on the island and he is still a regular general.
5. I know the purpose is to make people buy gems, but it would be awesome if we could get a building to convert resources into decorations. Say, 5,000 marble = three stone wall pieces as an example.
The prices of things are sooooooooooooooo artificially inflated because of one of two things. We NEED a tab for every item in the trader's market with the ability to post more than one offer at a time, the one offer for 10min keeps prices absurdly high since people are trying to get everything the want in one trade instead of being able to do as many as they need. The other solution to the dumb prices is to have a tab alongside the posted offers that shows the last 20 transactions that people have traded to show what the "going" rates are.
Great game, been playing for a couple of weeks now and a few things I would love to see are:
1. Resource summary rates of trees chopped down vs replanted - I never know if I am slowly chopping all my trees or if they are getting replanted in time
2. I understand that it takes more resources for higher level troops, but 10 swords for ONE militia, 40 horses for ONE cavalry? Just doesn't make sense! Make it logical where 1 sword = 1 soldier, 1 horse = 1 cavalry and substitute it either by increasing the time it takes to make swords/horses or by a requirement of another resource such as more beer per soldier or extra fir wood/soldier for lower level troops and maybe extra hardwood for higher level troops. At least this way it would make sense and you can justify that the extra beer is for training and wood is for shield/arrows etc.
3. a general that can level up his attack/defense with exp.
4. I would LOVE it if when I log back on there was a summary report of what happened when I was gone - ie. 2 stone deposits depleted, 3 wells exhausted type thing.
Thank you again and hopefully you will take some of these into consideration during your next patch.
Developers, with 53 pages of replies i doubt this will be given to you, but i hope it will.
We Badly need changes to the Unit production.
Here is what i recommend as a few of us guild leaders have talked about it in ventrilo.
1) We either need a second barricks, or a second barricks type.
My idea was to put in the normal barricks
Recruits, Bowmen, Militia, Longbowmen, and Calvery
And in a "advanced barricks"
Soldier, Xbowmen, Heavy Calvery, Cannoneers, Elite Soldiers.
This way lower and upper production is normalized, and production for pvp becomes viable for upper end units.
The next fix and the more needed one is as follows (tweaks)
Anything above Miltia needs a nerf in production time cost.
Longbow crafters need to be 6-8logs per bow, at 12minute cycles.
Stables need to produce horses about 2-3 minutes faster, and calvery needs to cost 25% less per stack to create.
Iron/Steel Swords need a nerf in Coal Costs (1/2 their current Value) And their respective unit guild time reduced 25%
Xbowmen, Cannoneer, Elite Soldier, adv calvery, Soldier All need to have a massive reduction in time, and cost of production.
This normalization will make all types of units viable in pvp.
I know myself and many others have said, we will likely leave the game, or not pvp if its all "recruiit/bow spam". So please fix this BEFORE pvp patch

Another thing is the "loot" from battles is just pathetic, I send out 40 recruit's and 40 bowmen to kill 50 scavengers, I kill all the scavenger but lose all my recruit's doing so. What do I get as loot?? 50 bronze swords?!!!!!! I just lost 400 worth of bronze sword's, and 200 worth of beer!!!!! How am I not getting back at least half of my cost in loot?? Yes I understand that battles are how you level but still, every battle is costing me upwards of 350 bronze swords not to mention beer and production times!!!
