Everyone feels good when they are nice and clean and good things can happen.
I am not a developer or anything, so I'll leave all the details to them, but the idea
is something like this:
ash+fat+water=soap
soap= population, 1/2 barracks time, more production or maybe even more brew?(Think Friary, since cleanliness is next to godliness)
Perhaps:
ash coming from the smelters (they burn their fuel to ash)
fat coming from either the butcher or hunters and this may play into the hog farm/bacon idea (which I really like)
water needs to be there for using the soap, might be easier to just put it into the making.
A provision house can make this or a soapmaker can be created.
