I am level 38, so I do have significant experience.
The most annoying parts of the interface are the selection on resources (during trades) and the selection of army quantities.
1. On army quantities, it needs to prevent you from selecting more that 200 troops. By this I mean, if I have 75 LB, and 25 Soldiers already selected, when I click on the slider bar to select 100 of my 600 recruits, anything to the right of the 100 point on the bar, will select exactly 100. This would greatly speed selecting armies.
2. When clicking the add-one arrow or minus-one arrow, you need to allow CNTL-click arrow to change quantity 10 and ALT-click to change quantity by 5. Do this for TRADING also.
3. For armies, on the right side of each army window, you need an up arrow and a down arrow. Clicking up arrow adds enough troops of that type to fill your army up to 200 with that type of troop (limited by already selected troops). Down arrow would remove all troops of that type from the army.
4. On the trade window, the bar is very long. Add a buttons/up arrows below the line for 50, 150, 250, and 350 quantities. Add buttons/down arrows above the line for 100, 200, and 300 quantities.
Those few changes with GREATLY aid the selection process and are easy to program. Players will thank you greatly for those changes.
We should be able to see the time remaining for our buff and be able to multi buff our buldings.
For example, I click on my coinage and I see that there is buff for another 20min left. I add 3 fish and a sandwich and now I see 3h50min buff is remaining!
That would be really usefull. Could work as well for friends buff and we'll know the buff bonus for friends at the same time.
i would like to see the ability to plant over tree stumps it should be our option if we want to regrow the trees in a certain area. Kinda like carving out our own little spot in the woods. Like how all the city started
Some changes I would like to see are:
I would like to demolish deposits before they run out. For instance, if my marble deposit has 15 left, and I want to go to bed or have to go to class or work, I would like to be able to demolish it and set my geologist to find a new one, rather than having to wait until it runs out to do so.
I would like to be able to cancel a geologists search. I currently only have one, and it bugs me when I set him to search for coal or gold, and whoops - I realize my marble deposit is already or nearly depleted. Then I have to wait 4 hours before I can set him to find more marble, when I would rather be able to cancel the gold/coal search and find more marble immediately.
I would like to be able to buff already buffed building to renew their buff. If I want to go somewhere, or go to sleep, I wish I could throw fresh baskets on my buildings without waiting for old sandwiches to wear off. I think newer and better buffs should override older and lesser buffs, but weaker buffs should not be able to override better ones - e.g. if I have a basket on a building with 5 hours duration left, a fish plate from myself, or somebody else, should not be able to override the basket. If, however, the basket only had 15 minutes duration left to it, a fish plate should be able to override it.
I also think it would be cool if a building displayed what buff was currently on it, and the duration of the buff remaining, under the details tab. I hate having to time and keep track of my baskets on my gold chain. I often forget exactly what time I threw what buff on what building, and so I neglect to renew buffs immediately on my more important buildings, like my coinage.
Please consider my ideas. Thank you.

This my problem from earlier.
It logged me out with message saying connection error failrue i trouble shot my conection it said it was fine i tried loging back in it said page not found for 1 hr i tried comming back to the site it said this site was not found finnaly it then said after many try's this site is having errors please retry and it just then continued to say site not found.
Now that i am able to even get to this site and login it wont let me enter game at all why !?!?!?
I had no way of contacting you to have you help with this problem at all cause i couldn't even get to your site.
So can you please look at this now before it happens again and fix it ?
i cleared cache refresh paged many time s closed browser tried again turned off computer and turn it back on tried again did virus scan and bunch of other stuff i could go to any other site but every time i tried comming here it said page not found or sorry site is having issue please try again later.
Please fix this i can not ask it enough.
I would really like to be able to access my account thanks.
What I would love to see is a quick and efficient way to find players on my friends bar.
Random people buff me and I want to return the buffs.
However, I may not know what level they are so I have to scroll through my 850 friends.
This is time consuming and often frustrating.
Could you perhaps add a tag to players names that indicate what level they are?
At least then I would have a starting point from which to find them and return buffs.
Just wanted to add my $.02:
I have a island with many buildings. Probably more than most, maybe not. However, I'm starting to find the maintenance rather tedious. Ok, *really* tedious. Particularly the wheat fields and wells. The few buildings to mitigate this, such as the waterwheel or silo, just don't make any noticeable difference. TBH, I don't see myself continuing much longer unless there are changes on the way. I've already taken a long break (as have all my friends).
And, last but not least, the 400 item limit on trades is giving me RSI :D

i think it would be a good idea to be able to "turn down" a building and "turn back up". lets say i have a lvl4 copper smelt, but i dont need much bronze swords or tools at the time. turn it down to a lvl3,2,or1 production. this way i could build up copper ore for later use. also the extra coal would be useful somewhere else. this is only an example of my idea. it would be great to do this to any and everything.
This is Alaphar... so you should update your trade simulator and i agree to what everyone elso says... plus more quests...
Building Tic-Toc: I'm at a loss for the logic in timed delays for rezzing buildings and making armies.
Casualties: Casualties in all battles, adventures and island camps, seem way out of balance to the point of frustration. The losses in resources to replenish armies is astounding.
Generals: Here too I'm at a loss for the logic in moving a General so slow, not to mention the delay in moving to/from an adventure island taking a half hour or more. Adventures are timed episodes in the first place and to have that time eaten up sending generals to/from is simply arbitrary and unjustified.
I would like to make a suggestion.
Please consider editing the way battles are done. I personally dont see why the enemy is able to attack after you have wiped out its soldiers. If the army falls, they should not be able to strike back. Granted, I am a new player and could not possibly know all the reasons for how or why things are done, but this one seems really odd to me. Thanks for the consideration, I love the game so far and I am looking forward to the updates I have read about.
It would be a tremendous tool if we had a page that shows how many, by level, we have of each type of building that relates to a building cert. I don't think it's necessary to list the wheat fields, water wells, etc.
I don't see the logic behind the following:
a. time delays in building placement and upgrades.
b. slowwwwwww movement of generals.
c. long delays in moving generals to adventures, after all, they are a timed activity and eating up time with general movement seems to serve no purpose.
d. fatalities seem way out of balance making the costs and replacement times for armies frustratingly high.
e. upgrades seem far more expensive than returns/benefit gained.
a. Time delays exist in all MMOBGs in building placement and upgrades. Anybody whose played Evony or Caesary had like a lvl 10 wall that takes about 2 weeks to complete.

e. Goldmines cost are the only thing keeping this game from being faster and more competitive. Even though there are alternatives to gold mining its even slower and longer (aka trading)

I'm undecided on this but I think there should be a confirmation when upgrading or destroying buildings. I just accidentally upgraded my gold smelter rather than unpausing it. I didn't really want it upgraded and that took almost all my coins so now I can't upgrade other buildings that I had planned on upgrading.

Map Frag exchange, Random Map. Give up 50 frags, get a random map from easy to very hard.
You have to remember that while you are attacking the opposing army, they are attacking you also. They are not just standing in a huddle while you beat on them. The exception, of course, is "first strike", etc. It is just that calculations are done for your side first.

Could you please consider in making more color varieties of the flower patches?
I really don't think we need to get into this arguement again. CEO is doing a slipshod job of policing chat...period. After all this time in "beta", both here and in Germany, surely a link could have been created to ignore a player through the playername instead of an ambiguous chat command that isn't found anywhere in the game. If ignore was an easily found feature, then most of these conversations would be mute.
Arent you just fueling the argument by responding then? I agree with what you are saying but this all started from QueenSnape stating she shouldn't have to do this. She has been told how, so what you are saying has nothing to even do with that LadyTerra. Also note that the ignore chat command is singular in meaning and not really open to interpretation.
On a final note as this is the suggestion thread, can we please get an ignore feature for when you simply click ona players name to simplify and maybe add that in the tutorial? :P
If I were making this game I wouldn't want the perception that one of the key lessons of the game will be to learn to ignore people. Most of the people in the community are simply fantastic and sure there are some bad apples in general chat but we don't want to make it seem to new players that the community is in such tumult that you will need to use this function.
I find that Funny Jeth. I really want Mini-games in this. Maybe make them Level Related. For example, Min Level 1 Fishing mini-game (win Fish by getting small or more fish meat by getting larger fish) Min level 15, A hunting Game (win meat by shooting deer, Or hogs) or maybe even at level 30 a Poker game (to play with bandits ) For gold.
I'd also like to see a "category" for Just "city Beautification". Like the beg, inter, Adv, Expert Builds have Cats, I'd like to see 1-2 cats added thats dedicated to building statues, etc for marble/wood.
what about a big island for your guild. another idea what about when you get done doing the guid adventure you get the island. need to have ways to be able to always lvl up. yes thier will be a max cap you can reach. adventures that are say 1 to 2 k xp per adventure that your explores can find. soon i will be done with my island and no adventures. I will help my group but does not make it worth logging on every day.
