Barracks issue

I don't know if order is important but I always train my militia and then recruits. The last two times I did the militia come up fine. The recruits don't come up in the queue, it keeps an hour glass going but my resources are used. I don't know if the people are used but the swords and beer is.

I had enough for 25 recruits, I start 25 and encounter the issue. Close barracks, re-open and hour glass still going. Log out and log back in, the hour glass is gone but now I could only do 19 recruits. So my resources got gobbled. I use I.E version 9.0.8 112. Roughly 6:15pm EST

I'm level 21 and barracks are level2. I was training less than 10 militia and 25 recruits both times this occured

hm.. i think i had the same problem.. was having enough steel sword to build 2 batch (25x2) queue 2 batch - and the next time i check barracks again - only 1 batch is processing - so missing the other batch, while the resource got taken too :(

I am training recruits 1 by 1 and for the most of it they just disappear but my materials go missing also. but when i train 3 or more it goes fine... can I get my materials back?. it has happened about 12 times so far; that 120 bronze swords, 60 beer. and I hope that it does not happen with iron or steel weapons. :( :(

Also, When cancelling troop training. You lose the resources. I mistakenly trained 5 calvary. I cancelled it, but lost 200 horses and such.

If it is possible could you submit a screen shot of this happening and send it in a support ticket.

my steel swords have been going missing as well. I close the window 25 mins ago and opened it just now and the timer on the steel weapon-smith has restarted but I have 0 steel swords in my inventory. notice it earlier as well
