Unable to access game/Zeus Server

Between the times of 10 AM EST and 11 AM EST, I've tried to access CEO with different browser. I've been able to log-in in to my account, view the forums, etc. But when attempting to "Play" by hitting the Play button, I am redirected to this URL:

http://www.castleempireonline.com/en/maintenance

I have taken the time to clear my cache, etc. Since no one else has posted about this in the forums, I figured it was a problem on my end, but now I am not so sure.

Update: ARG! The fine print in regards to last nights maintenance says that the server is down until 9 AM PST. My mistake! Sorry for any confusion that may have caused.

Wow. While server down I lost 6 mines. 2 each coal, copper and iron.

Yeah I am having the same problem now. I was playing before I went to work and now it wont let me......0o

Yeah really! I'm anxious to get back in and the maintenance time should be up by now! I better not loose anything!!

Yeah i am unable to connect as well and i know its not my internet or anything. BTW this game is really good but, i think we should have some kind of PVP or Guild vs Guild wars or something. What's gonna happen when all the bandits are dead?

The server goes down for maintenance every Thursday from 0400 to 0700 EST. This is posted on the homepage. I would recommend you read it when you log in. I also recommend reading the rest of the forum where you would find out that PvP is in the works other interesting bits of information. The Community Manager doesn't post this stuff just for fun, but for you read.

I haven't been able to connect for the last two days, no matter when I try to connect. It keeps saying the connection failed. This is frustrating.

I still can't connect. Its still saying the same thing. I haven't gotten any emails from the creators saying I did anything to get banned. Let alone, I can't think of anything I could have done to get banned. I've traded with lots of people, I haven't raided anyone, and I haven't attacked anyone in chat since I don't actually use the chat window, let alone type anything into it. Will the moderators respond to this and let me know whats going on!

I would post this in the bug report section, you may get a quicker response that way. When you post in the Bug section, make sure include all of the relevant information such as OS, browser, etc. I presume you have tried the standard troubleshooting at this point; clearing your cache, deleting your cookies, trying a different browser, rebooting your system. Also submit a support ticket.
