This game plays quite slowly, speed up transfer time for supplies to storage area, or make the post collection instant to the store house, a lot of time is wasted watching those ppl walk from place to place. The tutorial is waaay to long ive been sitting in front of the pc for an hour and i am still at level seven. Maybe give supplies as a reward for completing the quests, some kind of boost to advance.
I have to agree with the Lord, I've been waiting forever for supplies to be filled. I'm not a stranger to resource management games and I under stand the supply and demand aspect, but the waiting time is horrible. Quite frankly this has made me quit similiar games. However I really like this one so far, fingers crossed. I need 40 pieces fir wood planks, I have 4 all ready. I have a surplus of fir wood, I have 2 fir wood plank cutters, I have laid the mighty fish plate on them both. My production time is roughly 5 mins for 2 boards from each cutter. So I'm looking at... ummm.... if I've done my math right, I'm looking at roughly 55 mins of waiting time till I can aquire the amount needed. I don't have that time in my life. Being new to the game I understand this world will carry on when I'm not online. But hey whats the point of playing (and being able to play) when you have a chance to. As I said I am new, so please forgive me if I have misunderstood some aspect of game play.
At first things are very slow and there is not much to do. However as you progress in levels there are ever more things that require your attention. The more you upgrade the faster your resources will arrive. While you are busy minding other areas your stock levels will decently. However there will be some slow times, that is where the chat and forums come in. On personal note I will say I do like that some things on this game run slower, as it allows me to make a few tweaks in the morning before work and then see the results when I get home without things being completely wrecked by a mistake.
Consider that they build when you are offline too :P You will find you log in for 10-30 mins once or twice a day and otherwise let the game run itself. It is probably the best feature of the game that it collects supplies and does its stuff while you are offline/working/outside.
I have seen other games that continue while one is offline as well. I love that feature. But all the same, as a newbie at level 17.... good lord I can't wait to conquer these bandit camps and waiting to form a decent size army is like pulling teeth. However I really like the game and will continue playing. Thank you UBI, though you are soft, your game is kinda hard. ha ha...eck.. anywho..
