notice same problem with building licences, don't like it and i would like them back

The display at the top that indicates how many licenses you have left, bugs up from time to time...
Ex: a friend visits your island, and suddenly you have 75 licenses again.
On occasion the same thing happens when you destroy a built structure and it says you have none left still when you should have received them back.
Solution:
In both cases, refresh the browser, and/or re-log and you will get them back.
If the problem persists after this submit a bug ticket.

Yep - I have been having the same problem for a while... when the mines deplete and you tear them down I don't always get back the build license. I figure I must have lost 20 or 30 by now (mostly coz I keep on buying more).

i'm broke, i don't have the money to buy gems to buy more building licenses.so when i run out i'm not playing anymore on this game
-
Still losing licenses.. lost 7 more today :(

Lost 3 licenses after I destroyed buildings>.>

Licenses are never lost permanently guys...
The game does a building count whenever you log in so there is no way you are losing licenses.
If a refresh/relog doesn't work also try clearing your cookies and temp internet files and see if that has any effect. ;)

The buildings that you destroyed, make sure they were not wells or fields as these do not count toward your building licenses.

I'm noticing the same problem too. I've destroyed buildings and the building license counter does NOT change. Relogging doesnt help.
I've destroyed masons, mines, cutting houses. etc. The total building on the board does not add up to what it says I'm using.

You can easily just count the number of building tiles that you have on the map and then compare it with the number of licenses you are using.
If they don't add up, it's obviously bugged.
