Many of the users lately are having trouble logging in to the game, this is due to mostly the new music and the new buildings with animations are filling up there browsers cookies and cache and that it needs to be cleared for shorter queue times. As a side note Unbutu is not supported, therefor users using this will not be able to log in to the game.
Cookies and temp files are not the problem. I emptied all of mine and still couldn't login last night. My husband also had this problem on his PC. This morning, we both could magically login from our seperate pcs.. Also, when this happens I do get errors on the page. Next time it happens I will send you the code errors in case that helps.
A screen shot of the error message would be great. Does it by chance look like this?

i am able to log in but clicking on the play now button doesnt do anything and i did clear my brower cache with no luck ????
I know that sometimes the game will make myself log in multiple times before it recognizes the log in and lets me in the game, have you been able to get into the game yet?
yes i have took a while but finally got back in ......

Is there a way to de-link from a FB account. Room-mate can't log in anymore. Uplay tells her someone is log in from a fake FB account.
She was able to get on earlyer this Morn.
To separate your account from your Facebook account and register it to a UBI/Uplay account after doing so I can give you access to delete your account. To unlink your account from Facebook you must first log on to Facebook, then go to your settings and click on privacy settings from there you will be able to manage all of your apps that are connected using Facebook. Simply select the aplication and then select "remove".
for me it says FAILED TO CONNECT and then it gives me a lot of options that don't help at all
