Unable to log in?

When I log in the game loads, but I am taken to a white screen with a and exclimation point that is encircled. Any help?

Hey all i have trouble logging in daily, Here is what i do, clear cache login, hit F5, logout login again and do this multiple times till game loads, sometimes clear out cache 2 times. sometimes hitting F5 to refresh when it does not load right. Perhaps try a different browser and clear out cookies also. Will be doing that tomorrow.
I would also recommend running something like spybot search and destroy. I ran it a week ago and it helped alot as you never know what can interfere, I had my flashplayer crash constantly and now it doesn't anymore. It may not fix your issues but it doesn't hurt to try.

I haven't been able to login all day. i keep getting this message, and i have already cleared my cache, my cookies, and restarted my computer and used CCleaner.

II can't log on today.. I get the same message I did yesterday during the planned update.. please help..

BB mistapink, can you please contact whoever it may concern that i have sent in a ticket over 4 days ago and have done so several more times for the problem. i have heard no responce. so again can you bring this to someones attention please thank you.

why they dont answer this question and dont try to fix this problem

I cant log into game because the server was crashed and dont allow me to log in.

hello. I have 2 PCs and 2 accounts. One is played by my wife, and by me. 2 differen IP addresses. Now one of them seems to be banned. is there a reason why? Thanks

i've been having trouble staying connected since last night. i started an adventure, witch of the swamp, sent 2 of my generals (1 vet), and then started buffing a fellow guild member... then lost connection. message = "server call failed" i wasn't able to log back in until this morning, almost 12 hrs later. now i get booted off when i visit other people's maps or try to enter the adventure that is still running. now can't log into account again...

I logged out of the game about 11pm central time. Tried to log back in at 5:30am central time, was unable to. Tried after I came home from work, still unable to. About 6pm central time I got in, and now rebuilding everything. Bt, while I wasn't able to get into the game, I also couldn't get on the boards. Whats the deal with that? If the game is down, we should still be able to get to the boards. Unreal!

I disabled the firewall on my router & was able to get in today. Give it a shot.
