Suggestion - Modded chat for global

Well, most games have thier main chat area, global or world chats, moderated at least to some extent, but havent really seen much on here. Sometimes thier 'topics' in global chat are very off topic and in some cases pretty insulting to others. Tonight I had the privilage of listening to Religion bashing following by nation bashing. Isnt very appealing for a new player when they join a game and the topic of the time is insulting your religion. Chat should have some form of moderation for the main chat or limitations imposed.
