Soldier vanished

I have only fought 3 battles so far,
The first battle, 4 soldiers attacking and failed.
Second battle 21 soldiers attacking, won and 17 returned.
The last battle is where went wrong, 17 soldiers were send and only 4 appeared in the battle and died.

Now I have no soldier left with no reason. It seems like the system used the first battle's result on the last battle.

Hope you can fix it.

You fought four battles. Three you probably chose to, and one you were intercepted on which probably left you with the 4 troops for the final battle.
At least, that seems to be the problem according to the screenshot you displayed, and not having displayed screenshots of all 4 battles shown in your mailbox.
