License, mining lock bug

Ok, every time I have like 2 building licenses left. If I use 1 license on a mine it auto-lock the other license, I can't build anything or set it onto the queue. I have to wait until the mine is finished building than the remaining license is release so I can build. This can be an annoying bug especially if you have to build 2 coal mines. Wait 10 minutes to build another instead of putting it on the building queue and walking away.

Not a harmful bug but annoying nevertheless.

Sure is! I bugged this a long time ago and still not fixed. Very irritating sometimes.
