Still tracking the problem, have you:
a) Validated your email address or b) Opted in to receive newsletters from Ubisoft when creating your Uplay account? or c) Both.

I did not receive my basket either, I know I'm able to receive Castle Empire emails from previous experience, and I checked my junk box. Sad Panda, hope they remedy this for all who were left out :(

Ya, not seeing anything, including from the spam folder. As a side note, I don't think the support ticket system works. I tried to get refunds on adventures from the strange bug a month or so ago, and still haven't gotten a response.
So this is what I found,
Most of us registered our emails when we started in closed beta, before forced UPlay integration. What seems to have happened, is that when we "merged" our uplay and CEO accounts, the email became "unregistered" again.
So, if you have merged your account, to be on the safe side, have the validation email sent to your email address again.
I haven't received gift basket either
