According to the log-in news page and the bit on Facebook, we were supposed to have received a promo code in our personal emails to get a basket to use ingame.
I haven't received this code yet. I don't really need a gift basket, but its the principle. Can you tell us by when everyone should receive this code?
I can confirm that the e-code or game voucher has been sent, for free food basket.
I'd check your spam and do email search for 'castle' this way it'll simplify the search.
Well, I have looked through my email and spam folder. No e-code. Also know a few others with the same issue. Definitely did not receive and email. 1 Basket is not a big deal but other offers in the future might be.
I never received a code for any basket.
Still nothing for me either, just cause one person got it doesnt mean everyone did sango, as its obvious many still havent.

Still tracking the problem, have you:
a) Validated your email address or b) Opted in to receive newsletters from Ubisoft when creating your Uplay account? or c) Both.

I guess my problem was that I didn't have my e-mail address validated. I'm not sure how I missed that...is it too late to receive the gift?
No big deal either way, just curious.
Didn't receive one myself, but didn't know I needed the newsletter option checked :P nor did I even know of the option to begin with so I fixed that. As for validating email, don't see that option but I'm not real worried about it anyway. Cool of y'all to send out gifts ;)
