According to the log-in news page and the bit on Facebook, we were supposed to have received a promo code in our personal emails to get a basket to use ingame.
I haven't received this code yet. I don't really need a gift basket, but its the principle. Can you tell us by when everyone should receive this code?
I can confirm that the e-code or game voucher has been sent, for free food basket.
I'd check your spam and do email search for 'castle' this way it'll simplify the search.
Well, I have looked through my email and spam folder. No e-code. Also know a few others with the same issue. Definitely did not receive and email. 1 Basket is not a big deal but other offers in the future might be.
I never received a code for any basket.
Still nothing for me either, just cause one person got it doesnt mean everyone did sango, as its obvious many still havent.

Still tracking the problem, have you:
a) Validated your email address or b) Opted in to receive newsletters from Ubisoft when creating your Uplay account? or c) Both.

I guess my problem was that I didn't have my e-mail address validated. I'm not sure how I missed that...is it too late to receive the gift?

Didn't receive one myself, but didn't know I needed the newsletter option checked :P nor did I even know of the option to begin with so I fixed that. As for validating email, don't see that option but I'm not real worried about it anyway. Cool of y'all to send out gifts ;)
Wow you have to have the newsletter option to recieved the basket. I don't like receiving a newsletter every sec it floods my email. Would be nice to have them sent out via email not newsletter.. I never received a basket and have check every day. Not hard up for it should be given when told it would be
Checked to receive newsletter but no option to validate email...no code still.
It is niot an option to receive a validation e-mail, you should have gotten one automatically when you registered. It gave you a link to click, before you could start posting, this is to verify that the e-mail belongs to a live body. It would have come from Ubisoft and has a link tha says "click to activate your email".
For those of us who just validated our e-mail, do we get a basket or consider ourselves S.O.L. and lesson learned for next time?
i also did not get an email in junk spam or any other folder, neither has my friend at work were we supposed to sign up for it somewhere i dont really need a basket, 65 baskets maybe 1 not really lol, but we would not want to miss out on future events and we both have different email carriers as well so i know its has nothing to do with that and i know im validated and my friend def is shes a nut for this game

I sent in a ticket this morning and by the time I got home from work I had received my promo code. Yay, thanks...
