Building placement map

I have this map for resource locations http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlink was wondering if there is a building map that will let you insert building and placement to give you resource production time and resource output, so i can build my city properly.

I just want to be able to maximize everything faster and easier to build my city without building demolishing and rebuilding would really help.
