Game and Chat Freezes then disappears?

At first I thought I was banned but, all I said was "Yawn" in coming into the chat. Next thing I know game freezes; Then I refresh the game. It uploads and comes to view and my chatbox has disappeared on me? And if that isn't enough my friends' Avatar images have all vanished! Is this happening to anyone else besides me? I am using Internet Explorer for this browser game though?

Game continues to freeze as well before maintnence and now worse afterwards? O.o
Any advice as to what to do?

Do you have IE9 w/ all updates installed? If not, make sure you have the latest version with all updates. If you do, try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
