Daily Log-in Bonus

Do you still have the daily log-in bonuses? I have not received mine the last two days, Dec. 9 and 10.

Yeah, I haven't been receiving Daily log-in bonuses on my first try the last 2 days. I usually refresh the game and the daily bonuses will show up.

I did not receive a log-in bonus again today,and refreshing the page didn't work. Now what?

Worked fine yesterday for me, but today not working which sucks because i was supposed to get 45 gems today! :)

UPDATE: It did eventually work. The window to show you what you got did not however.

mine does not open up right away, some times as long as an hour or 2 after I log on before the daily bonus chart appears.

Just a little FYI here, I'm still NOT getting my daily log-in bonuses. I guess if I'm the only one with the problem it will be forever and a day before it gets attended too. =(

Unfortunately when it is an issue that is infrequently encountered it does get pushed down the priority list in order to attend to more widespread problems, that is just the reality of the situation. Many problems, very few troubleshooters.

What a strange thing. When I leveled up to 19 the new quest arrow and mail icon came up. When I clicked on mail, the daily bonus box came up and I got my day 6 bonus, which is where I was way back on Dec. 9. When I leveled up to 20 the same things happened again, but instead of getting the day 7 (gems) I got the day 1 bonus. This is the only time I've seen the daily bonus box in two weeks and I've been on every day. I forgot to mention, after I accepted the daily bonus, the box came up to tell me that if I log in every day I can get bonuses. This happened both times. I know this is a small thing and there are many major issues with the game still in beta, but I really, really like this game and want to continue. But I have come to realize I may not be able to without the free daily bonus gems.
