Empty Present

I got a mysterious decoration box for 80 presents and it was empty :(

*I received 300 gems from BB after I contacted support.

Is there a chance that this happens? I sure would be upset if I traded enough resources away to get the 80 presents only to find I got bupkiss

I'm very curious to know if this is the case, as well.
