If I am upgrading to like level 4 does the building stop production?
Yes Sango.
The progress bar will continue to move and then stop just before completion. The production will then finish right after the upgrade finishes. Tested it on a Bakery to Level 3.
Ah ok, I was watching a level 4 building being upgraded and getting piss caused I buffed it.
Progress stops when upgrading buildings and don't ever buff anything with a red exclamation point over it.

The building should operate normally at the pre upgrade level.
An exception to this is your provisions house and barracks keep working while upgrading :)
This explains a lot, cause I remember watching a barracks being upgrade and still being in production. I assumed that all buildings were still producing. I never payed attention to level-3 upgrade caused they were very short timed upgrades to me.Quote:
