Not sure what the issue is or why I can log into the forums but not the game, anyways, when I try to log in to the game a drop down pop up says "we are sorry and not sure what went wrong, please close this and try to refresh your page" :(

Several people have posted about that and CEO has deleted the posts.

Seriously, they are deleting the posts? No update, but they can take the time to delete posts for actual issues...very interesting

ummm, I didnt start this thread to whine, I made it to see if one of the admins would let us know whats going on. I also posted on their home page on facebook since theres multiple ways to contact them and keep us in the loop... troll harder flatbush71...Quote:

The problem was Uplay was down for maintenance...
I had the same problem and at first thought I was entering the wrong password, but then decided to check Uplay for the fun of it and sure enough, it was down.

I spent a lot of time trying to get on this morning. I am peeved by the lack of any infomation or anyway to get info. Poor way to keep players coming back.

OK I can't log in either. The maintenance isn't set to start for another 3 hours. All I get is a blank blue screen.

Looks like it's an UBI problem. I guess UBI is undergoing some maintenance and started BEFORE our scheduled maintenance.
MOD_Damocracy: Guys, the problem lies with UBI soft files server and not the game itself. When UBI have the files server back up we will be able to play.
Sorry no eta on when that will happen.
MOD_Damocracy: Yeah unfortunately it seems like a file call error on behalf of ubi soft. A simple JS file that give a 404 file not found error. Nothing can be done until UBI fix it. So as BTO46 said, it will most be unlikely of a return today until maintenance is over. Nothing on the UBI forums or from UBI themselves. No BB are on atm so no info on that front either.
yep... I'm getting the same thing here too.... I was on earlier... but I had to shut my browser down to flush my memory, and then couldn't get back into game...
I've tried refreshing/relogging, and even have cleared my cache... nothing.
Thanks for posting this Draxxon. We were not told there would be a maintenance. I am hoping this will just roll into our maintenance and the game will be fine when it comes back up!Quote:
